Built on clean work, clear prices and proper finish.
A Dublin-based carpentry and construction team covering first fix, second fix, extensions, renovations, attic conversions, new builds, fitted kitchens, structural carpentry and roofing.
A carpentry-led building team with one standard.
J. Livingston Carpentry & Construction is based in Dublin and built around a simple way of working: the people who price the job are the people responsible for the finish.
That carpentry background runs through everything — the first fix, the structure, the roof, the kitchen, the stairs, the second-fix details and the final handover.
Whether the job is a full renovation, an attic conversion, a fitted kitchen or a complete new build, the aim is always the same: clean work, straight communication and a finish that still looks right years down the line.
The finish is where the standard shows.
Good carpentry is not just what you see at the end. It starts with the structure, the set-out, the measurements and the way every stage is prepared before the final finish goes on.
No shortcuts where it matters.
A carpenter’s eye for detail
Clean lines, square frames, tight joints, tidy finishes and a proper second-fix standard. The details are where the job either looks right or it does not.
Clear pricing before work starts
You get a clear price and a clear understanding of the work before the tools come out. No vague figures and no confusion over what is included.
One team responsible for the result
From first fix through to the final handover, the work stays organised and accountable. That means fewer delays, fewer mix-ups and a cleaner finish.
Respect for your home
Jobs are kept tidy, communication is kept clear and the home is treated properly from the first site visit to the last snag.
Built around a simple process.
